Russia launches military operations in Syria
The sidelines of the 2015 U.N. General Assembly in New York witnessed meetings held between U.S. President Barack Obama and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin over the fate of Syria. The main subject was Russia’s military intervention in Syria, yet no particular conclusion was reached. Putin began his air campaign in Syria on September 30th. Homs, then held by opposition forces, was the first city attacked by Russian warplanes.

Why is the fall of Assad a redline for Iran?


The Iranian regime is engaged in many issues and has a hand in many conflicts. It is a regime that instigates many seditions and turmoil. Yet it is now faced with many difficult options and it chooses to tackle them is decisive for its future. The drop of its influence is a sign of falling era.
There is a strategic reality that is the outcome of the war in Syria that has today turned into an international conflict.

Who is the true supporter of ISIS?

The criminal terrorist attack in California after the horrific onslaught launched in Paris once again shocked the entire world. With our deepest condolences to the victims’ families, unfortunately I must say that this latest attack, similar to the November 13th massacre in Paris, wrongly took place under the name of Islam; whereas the true spirit of Islam is abhorred of this barbarity and dreadful crimes.

The nuclear deal engulfs the flames of war in Syria


Russian bombs are dropping in the Idlib Province on FSA controlled areas that are 50km away from ISIS controlled areas.
One question comes to mind: what is the reason behind the sudden changes and the joint front between Putin and the mullahs?
